Daniel Gąsienica is responsible for strategic management of Horizon Group in Poland and business development. He is executing and coordinating Executive Search projects related to C-level positions in the Life Sciences, Strategic Consulting, B2B and FMCG sectors. Additionally he participates in the Executive Outplacement and Executive Talent Acquisition projects and other projects from the area of human resources management.
Experience
For many years he was linked to the international HR consulting company, where he participated and executed hundreds recruitment projects covering the areas of sales, marketing, management, strategic consulting, and medical sector including clinical research and recycling. He was accountable for business development, negotiating contracts and developing relations with Clients. He carried out market analyses concerning potential in given sectors. He conducted executive search projects for international corporations and Polish companies such as Accenture, BCG, McKinsey, Capgemini, Servier, Schering-Plough, Novartis, Sanofi-Aventis, Pfizer, Roche, Adamed, INC Research, Johnson & Johnson, Colgate-Palmolive, Hygienika, Campari International, Mars, Cussons, Ferrero, Stena, ABB and many others.
Before joining the executive search team in HR consulting company Mr. Gąsienica spent two years in United States working in HR department in the company operating in the Hospitality & Leisure sector. He supported work of the unit in terms of recruitment for the administrative and operating positions. He was also a team member working over employees incentive programs.
Education
Daniel Gąsienica graduated from one of the leading business universities in Poland, WSB - National-Louis University in Nowy Sącz where he achieved MA degree in Human Resource Management and Business Management. He has a good command of English and German and communicates in Russian and Spanish.
In his private life he eagerly spends time on fulfilling his passions: martial arts, skiing, mountaineering, sailing and travelling around the world.
