As a leadership specialist, Aleksander Teisseyre is responsible for leadership skills development projects. In the role of consultant and trainer, he assists organizations in assessing leadership potential of their staff and implementing leadership development programs. As a coach, he supports leaders in improving their leadership skills. He specializes in Integral Coaching® and in effectiveness training for leaders.
Experience
For the last 15 years he specializes in the area of soft skills training for managers. He authored several training programs for managers. For the last 5 years he acts as a coach, supporting personal and professional growth of managers. He is one of the pioneers of Integral Coaching® in Poland, the advanced coaching method, accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and developed by Integral Coaching Canada.
He cooperated with the Institute of Psychoimmunology from 2005 to 2009 in the role of trainer, psychotherapist and coach. He specialized in stress management training and effectiveness training for managers.
In his work he applies the Integral Theory, developed by the Integral Institute in the USA. He completed the Integral Organizational Leadership training that applies the theory to leadership. His passion is to popularize the newest approach to management, leadership and personal growth. Currently, he achieves this through authoring training programs and coaching.
He writes papers on the integral approach and its applications. His articles were published by Polityka, Harvard Business Review Polska, Akademia Leona Koźmińskiego and Wydawnictwo Uczelniane Uniwersytetu Mikołaja Kopernika. In addition, he writes popular psychology articles concerning personal growth for the psychological magazine Sens as one of the regular collaborators.
He executed training and coaching programs for leaders for a number of organizations, such as Alcatel-Lucent, Bank Handlowy, Bertelsmann Media, Bioton, BP, Citigroup, Danish-Polish Chamber of Commerce, Danske Bank, Euler Hermes Zarządzanie Ryzykiem, EURO RSCG, Forum Rozwoju Menedżerów, Ikea, Kraft Foods, KPMG, PwC, Medtronic, Mepha, Microsoft, Nestle Waters, Philips, Optimum Distribution, Rhodia Polyamide, Xelion Doradcy Finansowi, The Top Careers Club, Uniwersytet Mikołaja Kopernika.
Education
Aleksander Teisseyre is one of the pioneers of the Integral Coaching® method in Poland. In 2010 he completed the Integral Coaching® course in Canada (at the Integral Coaching Canada), and obtained the Certificate.
He graduated from the Electronics Faculty of the Technical University in Wrocław, where he obtained the degree of magister inżynier. After completing the studies in Poland he live in Australia. He worked as engineer and later as an IT specialist for a number of companies, such as IBM and Alcatel.
While in Australia, he completed psychology studies at the Macquarie University in Sydney. This is also where he completed courses in the areas of psychotherapy and training.
Since his return to Poland in 2002, he specializes in the integral approach and its applications in business. He is one of the pioneers and advocates of this approach in Poland.
